Using Quiet Growth

Quiet Growth is for adults 18 and older seeking non-clinical support for changing pornography habits. The developer’s contact is [email protected]. The app’s software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These pages describe how our service works; they do not replace that license or any non-waivable consumer rights.

Support, not clinical care

Quiet Growth does not diagnose or treat addiction or any other health condition. It is not therapy, a medical device, an emergency service, or a substitute for professional care. Results vary, and we do not guarantee a particular recovery outcome. Contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

Premium subscriptions

Premium access is required after onboarding. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions are purchased inside the app through Apple. The price in your currency, billing period, available introductory offer, and trial eligibility are displayed before you confirm a purchase. A trial is offered only when Apple determines you are eligible and the selected plan includes one.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If an eligible free trial is offered, it converts to the subscription shown at purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple handles renewal billing and any applicable unused-trial forfeiture when you purchase a subscription.

Manage or cancel in the app through Settings → Manage subscription, or in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Restore purchases from the paywall or Settings with the original Apple Account. Deleting the app, erasing records, signing out, or deleting your Quiet Growth account does not cancel billing. Refund requests go to Apple and are subject to Apple’s decision.

Accounts & optional AI

You can subscribe and use the app locally without a Quiet Growth account. Pip’s AI requires an account, explicit consent, an internet connection, and an eligible entitlement. AI may be unavailable during outages or when usage or spending limits are reached. Generated output can be incomplete or incorrect; use your judgment and seek professional support when needed.

Pip uses the records and context you allow. AI personalization does not guarantee that a suggested step will help. Research-based starter steps are separate from AI-generated suggestions. Read the privacy policy before enabling cloud processing.

Your information & responsibilities

Your writing and records remain yours. When you consent to cloud processing, you authorize the processing necessary for the features you choose, as described in our privacy policy. Protect your device and account credentials. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Journal entries and local logs are excluded from backups. Your account is not a journal backup. Deleting the app or losing your phone can permanently lose those records.

Ending your use

You can turn AI off, delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account, and erase local data. See support and deletion instructions. Manage any App Store subscription separately through Apple.
